7 cups sliced cucumbers (1/8 inch thick)
1 cup sliced green pepper
1 cup sliced onion
1 tbsp. salt
1 cup vinegar
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cucumbers, pepper, onion and salt. Let stand 2 hours. Drain.

Combine vinegar, sugar and celery seed in kettle and bring to a boil. Let cool.

Pack cucumbers, pepper and onion loosely in jars. When cool pour vinegar mixture over the cucumbers. Place covers on jars. Keep in refrigerator.
