1lb. lean ground beef
1-tsp. chili powder
1-cup sour cream
2/3- cup mayonnaise
1-cup shredded cheddar cheese (sharp)
2- tbsp. finely chopped onion
2-cup Bisquick Mix
1/2-cup water
2-3- medium tomatoes, chopped
3/4- cup chopped green pepper

Heat oven to 375º
Spray 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray.
Cook beef & chili powder over medium heat about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally until thoroughly cooked; drain. Set aside.
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese & onion. Set aside.
Stir Bisquick mix & cold water with a fork until soft dough forms.
Press dough in bottom & 1/2 " up side of pan. Layer beef, tomatoes, peppers, on dough. Spoon sour cream mixture over top. Spread evenly over vegetables to cover. Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes or until edges of dough are lightly brown.
