4-6 cooked brats, cut in pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 30 oz. frozen hash browns, slightly thawed
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 cups crushed corn flakes
1 T. dried parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together milk, soup, sour cream, garlic salt and pepper. Stir in potatoes, brats, 2 cups cheddar cheese, spoon into cake pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar and Swiss cheese then corn flakes. Sprinkle top with parsley. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. Uncover and bake another 10-15 minutes.
