4 c. large flake oats
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
3 eggs
2/3 c. oil
2/3 c. sugar (we often leave out the sugar & pour a bit of maple syrup over the warm oatmeal instead)
1½ c. milk
Yogurt
Blueberries, raspberries (thawed or fresh)

Directions:
1. Preheat over to 350°F.
2. Mix above dry ingredients together in a bowl.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together wet ingredients separately.
4. Add dry ingredients to the wet. Stir together until all is mixed.
5. Pour into a greased 9x13” baking dish.
6. Bake for 30 minutes.
7. Serve topped with yogurt (vanilla is good) and fruit (either fresh or thawed – raspberries and blueberries are best). Serves 6 - 8.

Can be prepared the night before and stored in the fridge overnight. Bake in the morning at the same temperature for the same length of time.
