1 pkg. spice cake mix
1 can (15 oz.) solid pack pumpkin

Directions:
Preheat oven to 235º. Spray Pampered chef Brownie Pan or a muffin tin with cooking spray. Combine cake mix and pumpkin (mixture will be thick.) Divide batter evening into wells of pan. bake 20-22 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove pan from oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Remove cakes from pan and serve. Allow cakes to cool before topping with cream cheese frosting, powdered sugar, ground cinnamon or caramel sauce, if desired.
