¼ c butter
¼ c flour
2 - 3 T chili powder, mild to medium heat
1½ t cumin powder
1 t garlic powder
3 c chicken stock
½ t salt

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan, heat butter. Pour flour into melted butter; whisk while pouring. Cook for 1 minute. Add chili powder, cumin and garlic powder. Cook for 30 seconds. Slowly add chicken broth and whisk to combine. Bring sauce to boil, reduce heat to low and cook for 15 minutes. Sauce will thicken and smooth out. Add salt to taste.
