4-5 apples, peeled, cored & sliced (peaches can be substituted)
3-4 tbsp. cinnamon sugar (3-4 tbsp white sugar + ½ tsp. cinnamon)
¼ c. butter, softened
½ c. (or less) brown sugar
¼ c. flour
½ c. rolled oats
¼ tsp. salt
¼ c. chopped walnuts
¼ tsp. nutmeg

Directions:

1. Preheat over to 375ºF.
2. Peel and slice apples and place in greased 8x8” baking dish.
3. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar & toss to coat.
4. Cream butter & brown sugar together.
5. Blend in flour, rolled oats, salt, walnuts & nutmeg.
6. Sprinkle mixture over fruit & press down.
7. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown (30 minutes for frozen fruit). Serve with vanilla ice cream.
