1 1/2 cups mashed potatoes
1 cup milk
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 cup warm water
1 tbsp. yeast
2 eggs
6 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Put yeast in warm water and set aside.
Beat together mashed potatoes, milk, sugar, and salt. Add yeast mixture and stir. Stir in eggs and flour and let rise for 2 hours. Add 6 cups of flour and knead. Let rise 1 hour. Punch down and roll out like pie crust. Cot rolls like crescent rolls. Let rise until double in size. Bake 400º for 10 minutes.
