8 Sweet cubanella peppers (any type will do)
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs - moistened
1 egg
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
3 c. sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, onion, salt and pepper in skillet. Add moistened bread crumbs, parsley and grated cheese to mixture. When cool, add egg and mix well.

Divide filling among peppers, using 1/4 c. to fill each pepper. Fry peppers until golden brown on all sides of peppers. Place peppers in baking dish and lightly cover with sauce. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350º
