1 pkg. dry yeast.
2 c.warm water
1 1/2 sticks butter or 3/4 c shorting
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
4 c. self rising flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in order given with electric mixer. Place dough in container with tight fitting lid.Chill dough thoroughly Grease muffin tin and spoon dough into pan. Fill each cup 2/3 full . Bake at 375* until golden brown.( 20 to 25 min ) Dough keeps well as long as 2 weeks
