1/2 lb. ground turkey breast
1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef
1/4 cup low sodium salsa
4 pita breads
1/4 cup fat free sour cream
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat broiler. Coat broiler pan with non stick spray. in a large bowl, gently mix turkey, beef, and salsa. Shape into 4 burgers. broil burgers 4in from heat until browned on both sides and no longer pink in the center, about 10-12 minutes or until internal temp is 155-160 degrees. Slit top of each pita to form a pocket. Place burgers in pita pockets. Ad sour cream, lettuce, and tomato.
