1 can (14oz ) low-fat sweetened condensed milk
3/4 c reduced fat peanut butter
1/4 c fat free egg substitute
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/4 c reduced fat biscuit mix
1/4 c granulated sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Using an electric mixer set at a low speed, beat condensed milk, peanut butter, egg substitute, and vanilla until smooth. Add biscuit mix and stir until well blended. Cover and chill for at leas t3 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat baking sheets with nonstick spray. Drop tsp of dough 2in apart on baking sheets. Sprinkle cookies with sugar, and bake until lightly browned, 6-8 minutes. Remove from baking sheets. Cool on wire racks. Store tightly covered.
