"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat an 8x8in glass baking pan with nonstick spray. Sift flour, confectioners' sugar, cocoa, and baking powder into medium bowl. Place chopped chocolate and margarine in a medium nonstick saucepan. Stir over low heat until chocolate is just melted and smooth. Be very careful not to scorch chocolate. Remove from heat. Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup, water, and vanilla until well blended. Beat egg whites into chocolate mixture. Stir in flour mixture just until well blended and smooth.
