1 lb broccoli
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c margarine or butter
1/4 lb mushrooms, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp flour
1 c milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 lb seafood sections

Directions:
Directions:
Wash broccoli and cut into pieces. Cook in small amount water until crisp-tender; drain. Place broccoli in greased casserole; sprinkle with cheese. In saucepan melt margarine; saute mushrooms and garlic for 5 minutes. Stir in flour until smooth. Add milk and salt; cook until thickened. Stir lemon juice and seafood sections; pour over broccoli. Bake in 350 degree oven, 30 minutes. 4 servings.
