1/4 lb Chinese noodles, cooked
4 tbsp vegetable oil, divided
1 clove garlic minced
3 green onions, sliced thin
1/2 lb bok choy, cut in 1/4in slices
1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut in strips
1/2 c chicken broth
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Chinese noodles according to pkg directions and reserve. Heat 2 Tbsp oil in wok or skillet. Add garlic and green onions;stir-fry for 1 minute. Add bok choy and stir-fry 2 minutes. Add remaining oil if needed. Add chicken and stir-fry 3 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients; add to wok along with noodles. Stir well to combine. Heat until hot, about 2 minutes. Serve immediately. 4 servings.
