Ingredients:
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. shortening
1 egg (beaten)
5 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut shortening into flour. Slightly beat egg with fork, add water and vinegar. Mix together with flour until rolling consistency. This makes several pie shells. I usually roll them out and place in the pie pans and freeze them in the pie pans. A good time saver when you wish to bake a pie. Bake at 425º until lightly browned.
