1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3/4 c. corn oil
3/4 c. water
4 eggs
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
FILLING:
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
GLAZE:
1 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Grease Bundt pan generously with Crisco. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the nuts. Combine cake mix and pudding. Add oil and water; mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. Add flavorings. Beat for 8-10 minutes at high. Layer batter, filling and nuts alternately in thirds; begin and end with batter. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes. Cook for 8-10 minutes. Turn out on serving plate and pour glaze over cooled cake. Also delicious without glaze.
