Ingredients:  
32 oz. Clamato juice
1/2 red onion in chunks
1/2 green onion in chunks
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 bunch fresh Italian parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon tabasco, optional
salt and pepper to taste

When ready to serve, add:
2 cucumbers, diced
4-6 tomatoes, diced
1-2 avocados, diced
croutons (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients (except "ready to serve" ingredients) and as much Clamato juice as possible into the bowl of a food processor and chop until vegetables are "minced" looking. Transfer to a container with all of the juice and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

When ready to serve, add cucumbers, tomatoes, avocado and croutons.
