Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 pouches Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie mix
1 cube butter - room temp
2 eggs
1 sm box Instant Jello Pudding - Lemon

Strawberries - cleaned and sliced
Kiwi - peeled and sliced
Mandarin Oranges - well drained
Blueberries - washed and well drained

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*. Prepare the sugar cookie mix by cutting the softened butter into the mix. Add the egg and mix well. Press onto a greased cookie sheet to fully cover it in an even layer. Bake at 350* for 6-10 min, depending on the thickness of your cookie crust. Cool completely before continuing.

Prepare the pudding and spread out evenly over the cookie crust. Arrange the fruit over the pudding in whatever design you choose. It can be randomly tossed on or put on in a really beautiful design. This depends on how much you want to impress the people you're serving it to and how OCD you are.

Cut into squares and serve.

Personal Notes:
This is what I came up with to duplicate one of my favorite desserts at Kneaders. It's delicious and people love it when I take it places. Of course you can use whatever fruit you prefer.
