1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup soy sauce or tamari
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
5 - 6 cloves of garlic, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Blend incgredients in a blender.
Add, while blending, in a SLOW drizzle: 1 1/2 cups neutral-tasting oil (I'm currently using avocado oil)
This keeps well in the fridge.

Original recipe developed at Hollyhock Lifelong Learning Centre on Cortes Island, BC which is near Courtenay.
This dressing was introduced to me by my good friend Paula Purcell about 5 years ago and we have been making it regularly ever since. The kids love this on salad, grains or steamed vegetables. ENJOY!
