1 cup Butter (softened)
2 cups Sugar
4 Eggs
3 cups Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 cup Milk
2 tsp. Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Cream butter and sugar together, add eggs one at a time, and beat well with each new addition. In separate bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt. Stir milk and vanilla together in measuring cup. Alternatively add flour and milk mixtures to batter mixture. Pour batter into prepared cake pan and bake 35-40 minutes or until cake tests done.
