3 tasses de chou haché grossièrement
1/2 tasse de carottes râpées
2 c. à soupe de beurre ou margarine
10 tasses de bouillon de poulet (eau bouillante + 4 c. à soupe de bouillon en poudre)
1 c. à soupe de persil
1 c. à soupe d'herbes salées
1 poignée de riz (facultatif)

Placer tous les ingrédients dans la mijoteuse. Cuire à LOW pendant 6 heures. 2 heures avant la fin de la cuisson - ajouter le riz.




On en rit.......Au restaurant, un client furieux appelle le serveur : "Garçon ! Il y a une mouche morte dans ma soupe!" Ah, mais Monsieur, C'est une erreur du chef... Toutes les autres ont été passées au mixeur !
