2 lbs. of chicken cutlets
2 cups of Italian bread crumbs
3 eggs
1/4 Parmesan Cheese
salt & pepper
Mozzarella Cheese
Tomato Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven at 400

Beat eggs and salt and pepper
Dip cutlet in egg mixture then bread crumbs, set aside.

In heated frying pan add vegetable oil (enough to cover pan) add breaded chicken. Brown on both sides...(golden, not to dark. Chicken will complete cooking in oven)

In baking dish, cover bottom with sauce. Add chicken in layers, cover top with sauce and mozzarella cheese in each layer.

Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes
