8 carottes moyennes en dés
3 petites pommes de terre en dés
2 c. à table beurre
1 gros oignon haché finement
1 feuille de laurier
1 pincée thym
1 c. à thé herbes de Provence
6 tasses bouillon de poulet
3 c. à table crème 35%
Sel et poivre

Directions:
Fondre le beurre à feu vif dans une grande casserole.
Ajouter l'oignon, couvrir, réduire à feu doux et cuire 3-4 minutes.
Ajouter tout le reste des ingrédients sauf la crème.
Amener à ébullition à feu vif. Réduire à feu doux et mijoter 30 minutes, jusqu'à ce que les légumes soient bien tendres.
Passer au mélangeur ou au bâton mélangeur. Ajouter la crème et servir.
