Gâteau :
2 1/2 tasses farine tout usage
2 c. à thé poudre à pâte
1 c. à thé bicarbonate de soude
2 c. à thé cannelle
1/2 c. à thé sel
1 tasse huile végétale
2 tasses sucre
4 oeufs

Glaçage :
2 1/2 tasses sucre à glacer
1/2 tasse beurre non salé
1 paquet de 250 g fromage à la crème
1 c. à thé vanille
1 c. à thé vanille
3 tasses carottes râpées

Directions:
Gâteau : Chauffer le four à 350°F. Mélanger la farine, la poudre à pâte, le bicarbonate de soude, la cannelle et le sel dans un bol de taille moyenne. Dans un grand bol, mélanger l'huile, le sucre, les oeufs et la vanille. Incorporer les ingrédients secs aux ingrédients mouillés. Ajouter les carottes râpées.

Verser dans le moule. Mettre au four et faire cuire environ 50 minutes.
