1/2 c. chopped onion
2 T butter
4# hamburger
1 1/2 c. catsup
1 c. water
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
2 T. lemon juice
2 T brown sugar
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T salt
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in butter. Add hamburger; brown lightly, drain off excess fat. Add rest of ingredients and simmer covered 30 minutes.
Serve on hamburger buns or with chips.
