32 ounces Ore-ida Hashbrowns
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup margarine, melted
2 cups crushed cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw hashbrowns 10-15 minutes. Combine all ingredients, except for margarine and cornflakes. Pour into a greased a 9x13" pan. Melt margarine and drizzled on top. Put crushed cornflakes on top. Bake 1 hour at 350.

Can be made the night before; Leave out for 30 minutes and then bake for 1 hour, 15 minutes.
