1 lb box of lasagna pasta
1 large container of Ricotta cheese
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup of Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1/4 parsley
salt and pepper
Tomato Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375º

Cook pasta according to box

Mix Ricotta and eggs, add Mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper.

Put sauce on bottom of pan. Layer pasta to cover sauce. Add a few spoon full of Ricotta mixture, and spread evenly and continue. Last layer should have sauce covering it. You may add some Parmesan cheese.

Cover with foil. Bake for approximately 40-60 minutes.
