2 bags cole slaw cabbage blend (with green and purple cabbage and carrots)
1/2 bag matchstick carrot shreds
1 whole jalapeņo, seeded and diced
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1-2 cups cilantro leaves, roughly chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and cayenne in a large bowl. Add cabbage, cilantro and jalapeņos and toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

This is a great recipe to compliment a pulled pork sandwich! Add the pork to a buttered, toasted bun . . . then top with this jalapeņo slaw. It's yummy! Recipe came from my sister-in-law, Alyssa.
