2 racks pork ribs (preferably baby back)
1 C. ketchup
1 C. vinegar
½ C. molasses
½ C. honey
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder.
½ tsp onion powder.
3 or 4 good shakes Tabasco sauce

Directions:

Mix all the sauce ingredients and heat in a saucepan. Place a sheet of aluminum foil in a baking pan and place a rack of ribs in center. Pour BBQ sauce over coating well. Fold foil and seal well. Repeat for other rack. In a pre-heated oven (300º) bake for 2-2½ hours.
