Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter – room temp
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 tablespoons milk

Directions:
Directions:
Using a potato masher or fork, cream the butter and sugar together with the vanilla and milk. If it’s to sweet or thick you can add a little more milk, just add it a teaspoon or two at a time.

TIP: It’s very important that the butter/margarine be at room temp when you start. If it isn’t soft it will not blend properly and you’ll never get the chunks out.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a great frosting for sugar cookies and things like that. It's easily colored with just a couple of drops of food coloring.
