4 each Chicken Breast Halves (cooked and cubed approx 2 c.)
3/4 cup Mayo
1 1/2-2 each Tomatoes (coarsely chopped)
1 bunch Green Onions (coarsely chopped)
1/3 cup Salted Sunflower Seeds (shelled)
3/4 tsp. Dill Weed
1/4 tsp. Pepper
2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese (shredded)

Mix chicken and mayo. In seperate bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, sunflower seeds, and seasonings. Gently stir the tomato mixture into the chicken mixture. Cut avocados in half. Discard pit. Put avocados on baking sheet. Top each half with chicken mixture, cover generously with cheese. Broil until cheese melts, browning lightly on top (less than 5 min). Transfer to individual serving dishes. Can be served with twig of fresh grapes and sourdough bread. Chicken mixture will keep overnight, but don't cut avocados until you are ready to cook :).
