"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Marinate chicken breasts in Yoshida's original marinade. Grill. Cook bacon and crumble.

To make dressing, combine lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Beating continuously with a fork, add vegetable oil. Let sit in fridge until ready to serve.

In salad bowl, combine romaine lettuce, tomatoes, almonds, cooked chicken & bacon. Toss with dressing. Add Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper. Garnish with croutons. Serve with crusty bread.
