1 Milk Chocolate cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 sm bottle of caramel ice cream topping
1 - 12 oz cont of Cool Whip
2 Skor toffee bars - broken
Directions:
Directions:
Bake the cake using the box directions. When you pull it out of the oven set it aside and put the sweetened condensed. milk and the caramel topping in a sm bowl and microwave on med 1 min or so to warm it up and make it nice and runny.

Using the handle of a wooden spoon poke several round holes into the cake all over it. Pour the caramel mixture over the whole cake while it's still hot and let it soak into the holes you put in the cake. Let it cool completely.

When the cake is completely cooled spread the Cool Whip over it and sprinkle with the candy bar pieces.

You may know this as "Better Than Sex" cake but I never felt it was quite that good so I call it Ooey Gooey instead. It's best to hold off on putting the Cool Whip on until very close to serving time.
