1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oleo
2 eggs
1 c. sour milk (buttermilk)
1 c. cake flour (sifted)
1 1/2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. boiling water

Frosting:
1/8 c. cocoa
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and oleo, add vanilla, eggs, buttermilk, flour, soda, salt, and cocoa and beat together. When beaten enough, add the boiling water. Bake 1 hour at 325º or 45 min at 350º.

Frosting: Melt butter on stovetop and add buttermilk and vanilla. Beat in powdered sugar.
