1 c (250 ml) frozen chopped broccoli (any leftover cooked vegetable may be substituted for broccoli)
1/2 c (125 ml) chopped ham
1 tsp (5 ml) oil
1 small onion quartered sliced
1 c (250 ml) shredded swiss cheese
1/4 tsp (1 ml) salt
6 eggs
3 tbsp. (45 ml) milk
1/4 tsp (1 ml) garlic powder
ground nutmeg (optional)

Place broccoli in 2 c (500 ml) microwave-safe measure. Microcook on high (100%) 2 min or until tender-crisp. Drain. Spread on bottom of greased 9" (23 cm) microwave-safe pie plate. Sprinkle ham over broccoli. Combine oil and onion in 2 c (500 ml) microwave-safe measure. Microcook on high (100%) 1 min. Stir and microcook on high (100%) 1 min longer. Spread over ham layer. Sprinkle cheese and salt over oil. Beat together eggs, milk and garlic powder. Pour over cheese. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Cover loosely with waxed paper. Place on 1" (2.5 cm) high microwave-safe rack. Microcook on medium high (70%) 7 min or until set.
