1 (20 oz.) can Las Palmas green chile enchilada sauce
1 small can diced tomatoes and chilies (Rotel)
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 can corn with liquid
2 tablespoons chicken bouillon or 3 cubes
nacho jalapeņos, to taste
1-2 teaspoons cumin
2 chicken breasts
1 small onion, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Shred chicken. Serve with shredded cheese, avocado, sour cream and fritos.
