3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla
4 Eggs

1 (39) Oz Pkg Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
1 Cup Milk
12 Oz Whipped Topping

Mix Batter

Directions:
Prepare Cake 9 x 13 x 2 Set Aside

Combine Cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs
Spread over cake Batter

Bake at 350 deg
75 mins (Glass)
90 mins (Metal)

Blend Pudding Mix and milk, fold in whipped cream and add to cooled cake
