1 T butter
1/2 cup half and half
1/2 cup Swiss cheese
1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 (9 ounce) package, uncooked fresh angel hair pasta
1 (16 ounce) jar, mild salsa
1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 eggs
1 cup plain yogurt
1/3 cup crumbled feta
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. Combine half and half, eggs, yogurt, Swiss and feta cheeses, basil and oregano. Place half of pasta in pan. Add salsa, 1/2 of the shrimp. Add remaining pasta. Put egg mixture over pasta. Top with remaining shrimp. Finish with shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Bake 30 minutes.
