1 small roll of Worthington Chick-ette, thawed and sliced (about 1/4 inch or more)
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons McKay's Chicken Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Dip the sliced chickette into the beaten egg, then into the seasoned breadcrumbs. Fry until golden brown.

Drain on paper towels.

Place two or three sliced on a burger bun, and add mayo, lettuce and tomato as desired to make a Sam's Chicken Sandwich.

We love these sandwiches. Mary Wisener got the recipe when she worked at the Campus Kitchen at Southern Missionary College, now Southern Adventist University. Sam's Chicken Sandwiches traditionally do not have ketchup or pickles, but you can make your own sandwich to suit your personal tastes!
