4 Cups heavy cream
1 Tablespoon pure vanilla extract
10 egg yolks
1/2 Cup sugar
1 Tablespoon butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the cream, butter and 1/2 of the sugar and vanilla. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Beat the egg yolks and add remaining sugar.

Gradually add hot mixture to the egg yolk mixture. Pour into ramekins.

Place cups on baking pan and add warm water to the bottom of the pan. Place enough water to 1/3 of the ramekin side

Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Remember set custard does not wiggle!
