1 lb hot sausage
8 oz cream cheese
2 cans crescent rolls
1 egg white
poppy seed

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage. Drain very well. Return to warm skillet and add cream cheese. Mix until blended. Cool complete.u. (This can be done the day ahead and mixture kept in the fridge overnight.) Form crescent dough into two rectangles. Shape mixture into two logs and place on rectangles. Roll up dough over mixture and place on cookie sheet seam side down. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with poppy seeds.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool and slice.
