1 package of Chinese Mein or very fine regular noodles
3 quarts water
3 T. salt
1 cube butter (2 if using larger package)

Directions:
Directions:
Place noodles in flat pan, like a cookie sheet, and lightly brown in oven at low heat. Have water boiling, add salt and toasted noodles. Let cook till al dente, approximately 8 minutes. Drain in colander, rinse with lukewarm water. Place in roaster, add butter. Cover, bake in oven at 300 F. for 15 minutes. Remove, stir gently to mix butter, cover and let cook another 1/2 hour or until done. Serve warm.
