1 pkg. [9 oz.] refrigerated cheese tortellini
2 cans [10.75 oz.] tomato soup, undiluted
2 c. vegetable broth
2 c. 2 % milk
2 c. half and half
1/2 c. chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
additional shredded Parmesan cheese [optional]

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook tortellini according to pkg directions
2. Meanwhile, in a Dutch oven combine the soup, broth, milk, cream, tomatoes and seasonings
3 Heat through; stirring frequently
4. Drain tortellini and carefully add to soup
5. Stir in cheese
6. Sprinkle each serving with additional cheese if desired
