1 c. – soft butter
1½ c. – sugar
1 – egg
2½ c. – flour
2 tsp. – baking powder
2 tsp. – vanilla

CINNAMON MIXTURE:
2 T. – sugar
2 tsp. – cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar, & the egg thoroughly with electric hand mixer. Next, add the flour, baking powder & vanilla. Chill Dough. Roll into small balls.

Roll the balls in the cinnamon mixture. Note: you may need to make additional cinnamon mixture.

Preheat oven to 400°. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Do not brown. Cookies are done when still slightly soft.
