6 eggs, hard boiled, cooled, mashed with small amt mayo to spreading consistency
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese and 2/3 cup sour cream, mixed together
4 oz. plus 2 oz. jar of black caviar
tin sliced lemons and parsley
Directions:
Directions:
spread egg mixture carefully on glass pie plate. Layer onion on top of eggs. Top onion layer with sour cream mixture. Refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, add top layer of caviar. Garnish with lemon twirls and parsley.

Serve with melba toast or toast rounds
