1 - 1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
2-1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups chopped rhubarb

No instructions on this handwritten recipe other than put in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-35 minutes.

Topping is 1/2 cup sugar with 1 T cinnamon.

Someone needs to try this. I suspect, and we all know what a cook I am, that the rhubarb has to be stewed or baked before adding to the rest of the recipe. I wonder if this may have been a Grandma Young recipe as I remember her growing rhubarb in her yard. I don' remember Grandma Whaley growing it in hers!!!!
