3/4 lb. margarine (softened)
6 eggs
2 1/4 cups sugar
3 cups flour (unsifted)
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup milk
1/4 plus 1/8 tsp. salt
1/ 1/2 tsp. mace

Works best with a stand alone mixer.

Put all ingredients into mixing bowl as listed.
Mix for 15 minutes.

Put into a COLD oven--Do NOT PREHEAT.
Grease and flour pan well.

Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350 degree for metal bundt pan, or 324 for glass
