Ingredients:
Ingredients:

2 lbs hamburger
2 cans diced tomatoes, cut up DO NOT drain
2 cans red beans, rinsed and drained

1 med green pepper, diced
1 sm onion, diced

Toppings
Shredded cheddar cheese
Corn chips
Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger in a 6qt pan, drain. Add the diced green pepper and onion, fry another 3-5 min. Add the tomatoes to the meat, juice and all. Add the beans and 2 cps of water. Add both of the lrg brown packets and some of the small red chili pepper packet (½=spicy, ¾=nice and hot, all of it=whoa baby hot) from the Chili Mixins package, stir to blend everything and let it sit.

Optional; In an additional 1 cp water, add the white packet of masa flour. Whisk well to make sure there are no lumps. Adding this to the pot will give it a thicker consistency. I
like to add it.

Simmer at least 30 min or a couple of hours.

Good served with corn bread muffins.

Personal Notes:
The Six Gun Chili Mixins is a great chili mix but I don't like the directions on the package. This is what I came up with that I like much, much better.
