1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice

3 Gala or Fuji apples -- peeled, cored, and chopped
1 cup thinly diced celery
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup craisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar and lemon juice.

Stir in the apples, celery, walnuts, and craisins. Chill until ready to serve.

This is great with a handful of mini marshmallows stirred in at the last minute. They get mushy after awhile tho so don't add them to soon.
